SHANNON JENKINS, MANAGING PARTNER

Ms. Jenkins is an employment defense attorney. Consistent with the firm’s legacy of excellence representing businesses, she works with all sizes of employers and executives in business litigation and employment-related disputes. She guides employers through individual and class action cases, administrative judicial forums including the Labor Commissioner, the Employment Development Department (EDD), the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and alternative dispute resolution. She successfully defends sexual and other harassment claims, alleged discrimination assertions, breach of employment, confidentiality unfair competition and trade-secret agreements (including prosecution to protect employer rights), wage and hour disputes, breach of confidentiality agreements, breach of fiduciary duty, wrongful termination and all manner of related tort and contract claims.

Ms. Jenkins pro-active representation includes preventive services such as required sexual harassment training, payroll practice auditing and drafting/review of employer documentation including all pre-hire/hire/post-hire forms. She offers seminars and trainings to keep business at the cutting edge of compliance.

Representative clients, industries and occupations include manufacturing, banking, software, construction, hospitality, staffing, medical and veterinary practices, trucking and all manner of professional services firms.
