Dr. Karen G. Rentas Ph.D;

I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a key member of the leadership team in Southern California for Providence Health & Services for developing and advancing integrated care between Primary Care and Behavioral Health. I joined Providence in April 2018 and currently I am supporting our medical groups in Los Angeles service area.

Previously I worked for Rutgers University providing patient care at various levels of care and served as an expert consultant for Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers (CCHP), a leader organization in the nation for complex care. I have a solid research background and most recently my work for CCHP was published in a peer reviewed journal, titled Characteristics and behavioral health needs of patients with patterns of high hospital use: Implications for primary care providers.

V. Gail Brannock, JD, CPA;

has over 25 years’ experience in business, wealth, and tax planning and has worked in the financial services industry since 2000. At Nationwide, Gail’s focus is on business continuation planning and non-qualified executive benefits. Gail has experience in buy/sell strategies as well as nonqualified deferred compensation, executive bonus, and split-dollar planning.

Gail has her Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Georgia Southern University and her Juris Doctor from University of Georgia School of Law. Gail is member of the State Bar of Georgia and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant.

Gail’s focus is primarily on helping business owners prepare for retirement and business succession and provide life insurance based incentives for key executives.

George W. Schein JD: 

advised both for-profit and not-for-profit employers as an employee benefits attorney in private practice for over a decade before joining Nationwide Financial in 2018. His work in the Advanced Consulting Group focuses on providing technical expertise and education to advisors and plan sponsors as it relates to qualified retirement plans and welfare benefit plans. He also partners with employers and their third-party vendors to evaluate current plan offerings and/or identify alternative solutions to ensure that the employer’s objectives are being met and that employees have opportunities to plan for and live in retirement.

George graduated from Miami University summa cum laude with a dual Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Diplomacy & Foreign Affairs and went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota cum laude. George is admitted to the bar in Illinois and Ohio.
