Making S.T.R.I.D.E.S Towards Optimal Osteoarthritis Care: A Comprehensive Approach

Join us for an in-depth exploration of osteoarthritis (OA), focusing on its pathophysiology, impact on joint health, and stages of progression. This lecture emphasizes a multimodal approach to managing OA, particularly the role of dietary management in addressing osteoarthritis-associated pain.
We will delve into the latest insights on medical management, examining the mechanisms and clinical applications of various injectable therapies, including corticosteroids, hyaluronic acid, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and stem cell therapy. Additionally, we will discuss specific dietary strategies that can help reduce inflammation and improve joint function, providing a holistic framework for pain management.
By the end of this session, attendees will have a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively manage OA through an integrated approach that combines innovative medical treatments with targeted dietary interventions, ultimately enhancing patient outcomes.
