Decoding Pancreatitis: Diagnostic Strategies for Dogs and Cats

In this lecture, we will discuss the different testing options available for pancreatitis (including ultrasound) and the optimal way to diagnose the condition.
Speaker: Tara Ghormley DVM, DACVIM
Bio: Dr. Ghormley grew up in Arizona and graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s degree in biology. She obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Colorado State, followed by a one-year rotating internship in San Diego. She completed her residency training at specialty practices in Los Angeles and became board certified in internal medicine in 2014. Dr. Ghormley practiced at specialty clinics for almost 10 years before transitioning to mobile internal medicine and teleradiology. She lives with her husband, cats, rabbits, and angry chinchillas. In her free time, she enjoys going to theme parks and fandom conventions.
