Who We Are…

The SCVMA Education and Scholarship Foundation (501-c-3) was incorporated in 2015 to provide student scholarships and continuing education programs.  In 2025, the foundation was expanded to offer resources, grants, and scholarships to improve animal and human welfare.  The new and improved foundation is now called the Southern California Veterinary Medical Foundation.

Active Events

The SCVMF is committed to supporting the ongoing animal welfare efforts and helping the veterinary professionals who assist in rescue, relief, and recovery actions related to the Palisades and Eaton Fires in Los Angeles.

What we do…

All contributions to the Foundation are tax deductible to the extent of the law (Tax ID: 47-5548078).   The SCVMA funds a variety of programs including student scholarships, educational programs, and reimbursement of disaster expenses.
